1. Log in to Skypass
Open Skypass in your browser and log in. You are now ready to start with Digitoll.
2. Submit details
Submit vehicle and goods details directly to the Nowegian Customs. The data is authenticated in real time and you are notified when the vehicle is ready for border crossing.
3. Drive straight into Norway
Once the data has been approved, you can pass into Norway. Follow signs and instructions at the border.

Yes, it is possible to cooperate with freight forwarders who do not pay for Skypass. The remote forwarders can use our Collaboration module, which is free for those invited in by our customers.
Yes, Skypass can only be used to cross the border into Norway. Digitoll is arranged by the Norwegian Customs, and applies only to Norway's customs border.
Digitoll allows the vehicle to cross the border without stopping on either the Norwegian or EU side of the border. This means that you have submitted the correct required information, and have received prior approval for border crossing, via a certified IT system. Follow signs and instructions from the Customs at the border to make sure you are doing things right.
